  Q.  My top plate cracked, how do I submit a warranty request?
  A.  Easy!  Click on the "Warranty Request" link on the left side of most pages.
       Then simply fill out the warranty form, send us a picture & shipping payment
       and we'll have your new top plate shipped out fast!

  Q.  I have a ToughBook Laptop, Will your kit work with my laptop?

  Q.  I live outside USA and haven't received my purchase yet. Where is my order?
  A.  We're sorry you haven't received your order yet.  International orders can take 2-4 times
        longer to ship then in USA.  Orders can get tied up in customs for a bit.  Please give
        your government / customs officials time to release the order into your country for delivery.

  Q.  This kit is made from cheap metal parts!  Why did I pay so much? Could I have made this kit?
  A.  Yes the kits do use cheap metal support parts that can be found locally in hardware stores.
        We use these parts intentionally, so you can easily swap them for different lengths or elbows
        to create a custom kit for any vehicle.  Plus these parts tested best for stable support over thin
        metal arms.  The kit's cost is mainly the Plexiglas brand top plate.  Plexiglas is the most
        expensive acrylic on the market and at 1/4" thick, it's not cheap at all.  Plus the machine time
        on each top plate, labor & other supplies add up to the kits total cost.  Don't forget!  $10.20 worth
        of USPS Priority mail shipping is also included in the vehicle kit prices.  Yes these kits can be made
        at home with local supplies, but you won't find Plexiglas brand acrylic in small pieces (full sheet) or
        you won't find true 1/4" thickness.  Plus, the plates are made on a $300,000 milling machine and
        heat bended on a $1200 acrylic bender.  Not to mention a router, disk sander, table saw & more!
        If you want to build your own kit, just buy the top from us, and you can get all the other parts locally.
